Season of Light plays at Augustana College’s John Deere Planetarium Dec. 6–12 with weekend matinees and weekday evening shows. Admission is free but reservations are required and doors open 15 minutes before each performance; late arrivals will not be admitted. Hosted by Dr. Lee Carkner and produced by Loch Ness Productions, the program explores seasons, winter constellations and the Star of Bethlehem. The Getz-Rogers Gallery and Fryxell Geology Museum will also offer astronomy and geology exhibits, including a large Canyon Diablo meteorite fragment.
