Trump Repeats Call To Bar Major Media From White House After Byron Donalds Website Dispute

President Donald Trump on Saturday renewed his demand that certain news organizations be barred from White House grounds after posting on Truth Social about what he called a "fake story" involving Florida gubernatorial candidate Byron Donalds.

Trump was responding to reporting that Donalds' campaign website no longer prominently referenced Trump. Donalds told reporters the campaign site had been revised over the past two months and that he continues to support core elements of Trump's agenda.

In his post, Trump blamed what he called the "Woke and Dying USA Today" for originating the item and said the report then spread to CNN, The Washington Post, The Guardian, Newsweek, The New York Times, ABC, NBC, Forbes and other outlets. He added that he believes he is now "more popular in Florida today, even more than I was in the last Record Breaking Election!"

'The Fake News Media been doing this for years, I call them out, but they should really be called out by the Courts, and should not be allowed to enter the White House premises, or Press Room, because they are CORRUPT and DISHONEST!'

Trump also claimed the coverage was intended to drive voters away from his movement, saying it instead strengthens support among his followers. His post echoed a broader effort to challenge major news organizations' access and credibility.
