Authorities say they spent several hours drinking; the man asked Flores to leave at about 2:30 a.m.
Surveillance footage reportedly shows the man watching while Flores dressed in the bedroom and bathroom, then walking her to the elevator. The arrest report describes a "goodbye kiss" at the elevator before Flores left in an Uber.
