The couple said they were seated near the back right corner of the tented Impact Stage while the band Knocked Loose — a metalcore group from Oldham County — was performing. Conor said he turned and found Jamie on her back; other attendees told him a man had fallen from a nearby tree.
"I can't feel my feet. Can't do anything that I used to," Jamie told WHAS. She says she does not remember the moment of the injury and only recalls waking up in a hospital.
Medical Response And Condition
Emergency medical services and police responded at the scene and transported Ulshoffer to the hospital, where she underwent surgery. Ulshoffer has said her spinal cord was severed. Conor also said she had preexisting bulging and herniated discs stemming from a 2020 car crash.
