IDF forces conducted a series of coordinated counterterrorism operations across multiple West Bank locations during Yom Kippur, detaining suspects and seizing weapons and materials linked to explosive production, the military said.
Key Arrests and Seizures
In Kabatiya, soldiers from the Duvdevan Unit arrested two individuals whom the IDF says were planning to carry out an attack in the near future. The operation in Kabatiya follows a previous Duvdevan raid in the same village about a month earlier, when a five-member cell was detained and an M16 rifle and other weapons were recovered.
In the village of Biddu, within the Binyamin Brigade sector, troops mapped the home of a suspected operative. During a broader brigade sweep in Biddu, forces searched roughly 100 locations, questioned about 90 people and recovered a hunting rifle.

In Beit Ur al-Tahta, another Duvdevan operation uncovered a lathe used for weapons manufacturing, two Carlo-type firearms and additional arms.
Menashe And Ephraim Sectors
The Paratroopers Reconnaissance Unit conducted operations in the Menashe Brigade sector, where troops questioned suspects, arrested wanted individuals and discovered materials intended for the production of explosives.
Troops from the Ephraim Brigade also carried out searches across villages in their sector, questioning more than 80 people as part of ongoing security efforts.

The IDF said these coordinated operations were part of broader efforts to disrupt planned attacks and to remove weapons and explosive manufacturing capabilities from circulation in the West Bank.
