Epstein survivors issue joint statement supporting Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene

A group of people affected by Jeffrey Epstein has reportedly released a joint letter expressing support for Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene as her dispute with former President Donald Trump intensifies. The statement, first reported by MeidasTouch News, thanked Greene "for standing up against the intimidation, silencing, and abuse that Epstein survivors have endured for decades."

"When you speak the truth and refuse to bow to threats, you become a survivor by proxy—an ally who carries part of the fight with us. That courage matters. You have our full support. We stand united with you against any attempt to bully, rewrite history, or shut down accountability."

According to the report, 27 people signed the letter, including Maria and Annie Farmer, Courtney Wild, and relatives of Virginia Roberts Giuffre. The signatories—who either suffered abuse or were otherwise affected by Epstein's crimes—pledged to "defend Greene with everything we have" and offered to provide assistance and testimony where needed.

Context: transparency push and party fallout

Greene, a prominent and controversial Republican known for inflammatory rhetoric and conspiracy theories, helped force a successful procedural move in the House to require a forthcoming floor vote on releasing Justice Department documents related to Epstein. That push for greater transparency reportedly prompted Trump's rebuke.

In response, Trump publicly withdrew his support for Greene, labeling her a "RINO" (Republican in name only) and using mocking nicknames such as "Marjorie 'Traitor' Greene" and "Marjorie Taylor Brown," saying, "Green grass turns Brown when it begins to ROT!" Greene has said Trump's attacks have "fueled and egged on" threats against her.

This development highlights a widening rift within the MAGA movement and underscores tensions between demands for institutional transparency and intra-party loyalty.
