Fox Host Rachel Campos-Duffy Blames the 'Left' for Political Violence After Alina Habba’s Office Is Targeted

Rachel Campos-Duffy argued on Fox & Friends Weekend that recent political violence is driven primarily by the left, following an incident at the office of attorney Alina Habba.
Speaking on the show, Campos-Duffy said the political left must take responsibility after a suspect allegedly damaged part of Habba’s office. Pam Bondi, the former Florida attorney general whose remarks were shown during the segment, said the suspect has been arrested. Bondi described the person as having “destroyed” part of the office and pacing outside “like a caged animal” while carrying a bat.
Campos-Duffy referenced a September incident involving conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk. News reports do not support claims that Kirk was killed; Campos-Duffy used the example to express concern for the safety of conservative speakers at future events.
“We have to stop with this, you know, it’s on both sides. No, it actually isn’t. The violence we’re seeing is on the left, the rhetoric is coming from the left, Antifa is on the left. These attacks are coming from left and until we identify it for what it is we can’t resolve it. This is a leftist problem!”
Co-host Griff Jenkins added that he has not seen partisan rhetoric this intense in his more than 30 years in Washington, saying the tension appears to be escalating rather than diminishing.
Campos-Duffy also noted a personal connection, saying, “Alina Habba’s a friend of ours,” and adding that the episode has raised safety concerns for people working with former President Trump.
