Justin Taylor Teer, 31, was arrested Jan. 28, 2026, on a charge of electronic solicitation of a child after authorities say he allegedly solicited a 14-year-old in the U.K. for nude videos and sent explicit material of himself. Police say the Dec. 9, 2025 messages included requests for shower footage and descriptions of violent sexual acts. Teer was out on bond at the time for separate charges, and investigators warned additional charges could follow after digital evidence is processed.

Justin Taylor Teer, 31, was arrested Jan. 28, 2026, on a charge of electronic solicitation of a child after authorities say he communicated with a 14-year-old in the United Kingdom.

The Blount County Sheriff's Department says investigators executed a search warrant at Teer’s Locust Fork residence as part of the probe. According to the department, the alleged misconduct dates to Dec. 9, 2025, and includes requests for explicit videos and exchanges of sexually explicit material.

Allegations

Police allege Teer requested a nude shower video from the underage girl and sent a sexually explicit video of himself. Investigators say he exchanged numerous text messages and sent images and videos describing the sexual acts he claimed he wanted to perform, including descriptions of violent acts such as castration and penectomy, as well as domination.

Charges And Custody

Teer was taken into custody on one count of electronic solicitation of a child. At the time of the January arrest, he was already out on bond related to prior allegations including dissemination of child pornography, third-degree assault and theft of property; those earlier charges stem from an arrest on July 7, 2025.

Officials said Teer is being held in the Blount County Jail on a no-bond warrant. Additional charges may be filed after investigators finish processing digital evidence seized from his residence.

The allegations in this report are based on statements from law enforcement. The accused is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court. It was not immediately clear whether Teer has retained legal counsel who could comment on his behalf.

The case remains under active investigation.
