She was assigned to the 863rd Military Police Company, 111th Engineer Brigade, West Virginia Army National Guard. Beckstrom also worked as a community engagement specialist at Seneca Health Services, a behavioral health provider. Colleagues and friends remember her as compassionate, community-minded and eager to help others—she had volunteered to serve in Washington over the Thanksgiving holiday so others could be home with family.

Staff Sgt. Andrew Wolfe, 24, of Martinsburg, West Virginia, has served with the West Virginia National Guard since February 5, 2019. He is assigned to the Force Support Squadron, 167th Airlift Wing. Neighbors and classmates described him as generous, hardworking and a dependable member of his community.
