Crimestoppers has offered up to £10,000 for information leading to the arrest of Mohammed Rasauli, wanted over a three-car collision on the A27 near Arundel on 15 July that killed 20‑year‑old Amber Street and injured three others. The charity believes Rasauli may have support that allows him to remain hidden and says he has links to West Sussex, London and Birmingham, and possibly abroad. Amber's parents and Crimestoppers have urged anyone with information to come forward anonymously before 1 January 2027.

Crimestoppers is offering a reward of up to £10,000 for information that leads to the arrest of a man wanted in connection with a fatal three-car collision on the A27.

What happened

Amber Street, a 20-year-old hairdresser from Sidlesham, West Sussex, died after a crash near Arundel at about 23:15 BST on 15 July. Three other people were injured in the collision.

Who is being sought

The charity says the reward applies to information given "directly and exclusively" to Crimestoppers that helps secure the arrest of Mohammed Rasauli, who is wanted by police on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. Sussex Police have also appealed for Mr Rasauli to contact officers.

Where he may be hiding

Crimestoppers believes Rasauli may be receiving help from contacts who could provide accommodation, travel or financial support, enabling him to stay hidden. The charity says he has ties to West Sussex (particularly Brighton), as well as to London and Birmingham, and has not ruled out that he may have travelled abroad. He has been added to Crimestoppers' Most Wanted gallery.

Appeal from the family and charity

"Not a second goes by when we aren't grieving the loss of our kind, funny, beautiful girl, and our lives will never be the same again," Amber's parents said. "We are urging anyone who knows anything to do the right thing and come forward. Even the smallest detail could help to bring some closure."

Annabelle Goodenough, South Central East regional manager at Crimestoppers, said: "Somebody, somewhere, knows where Mohammed Rasauli is. Perhaps you've heard him mentioned, seen him staying somewhere he shouldn't be, or know someone who has helped him keep out of sight. You can tell our charity what you know, 100% anonymously, and that information could be the missing piece that finally brings him to justice."

How to help

Tips must be provided directly to Crimestoppers to be eligible for the reward. The charity has set a deadline of 1 January 2027 for information that could secure the payment. Sussex Police continue to appeal for anyone with information to come forward.
