What Happened
The Redlands Police Department said the incident unfolded shortly before 1:30 a.m. after an altercation among several people outside the restaurant and bar. According to investigators, one person left the scene in a 2022 Tesla but returned minutes later and hit four people who were standing in the street in front of the establishment.

Aftermath
After striking the pedestrians, the driver reportedly lost control, collided with a curb and then fled the scene, leaving a trail of leaking fluids. Four victims sustained serious injuries and were transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Gunfire And Damage
Police said an "unknown suspect" subsequently produced a firearm and fired multiple rounds. The gunfire shattered the window of one business and damaged the door of another, but officers said there were no reports of anyone struck by gunfire.
Bruno, a local business owner whose window was broken, told Fox 11 Los Angeles that similar incidents have occurred in the area before.
Investigation
The Redlands Police Department described the case as a suspected attempted vehicular homicide and said no arrests had been announced. Authorities continue to investigate and have asked anyone with video or information to contact investigators.
