The Soyuz MS-28 mission docked safely at the International Space Station after a 12:28 p.m. Moscow liftoff. Roscosmos reported that elements of the Baikonur launch pad were damaged during the Soyuz 2.1a liftoff but said reserve parts and repairs are available. The crew are aboard the ISS and in good health while officials assess the extent of the damage.
