According to the Interior Ministry, the blast occurred at about 8:10 p.m. near a summer café. Officials said a security guard, a bystander and a female suspect were killed in the explosion. The Department of Transportation said traffic around Kudrinskaya Square has been temporarily blocked while authorities secure the area and conduct an investigation.
