'This is a moment of great sorrow for the family, friends, and colleagues,' Donna and Shula Productions said in a statement, adding that their inquiry found no evidence of a criminal or nationalistically motivated death and urging the public and media not to circulate unverified claims.
Israeli broadcaster Kan reported that Eden was in Greece to film the fourth season of Tehran. Greek authorities said the probe remains ongoing and that further details will be released as forensic and investigative work continues.
