Police in southern Scotland have arrested and charged two people after recovering drugs with an estimated street value of £77,500.
The consignment — comprising cocaine, heroin and cannabis — was discovered inside a car travelling north on the A74(M) near Lockerbie. Officers stopped the vehicle at about 20:20 on Wednesday.
A 47-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman have been charged in connection with the seizure and are due to appear at Dumfries Sheriff Court at a later date. Police have said enquiries are ongoing.
