2. Gather documentation: the iPhone serial number is preferred. If you don’t have the serial number, you can provide your Apple account email and the phone number associated with the device instead.
3. Visit the official settlement website to submit a claim. The site is live and you may file proactively even if you haven’t received an email.
4. Complete the form during the open claims window (see dates below) and submit before the deadline.
