Sen. Rick Scott (R-Fla.) on Tuesday launched a new initiative, titled "Rescuing America," aimed at confronting affordability challenges as the nation approaches the November midterm elections. The effort mixes policy proposals with a sharp critique of socialism as part of Scott's pitch to voters.
