Adva Lavie, 28, also known as Mia Ventura, was re-arrested in Beverly Hills after prosecutors say she removed a court-ordered ankle monitor while awaiting trial. She faces a separate Riverside County charge accusing her of stealing more than $11,000 in luxury items during Coachella 2025, including a Rolex and Louis Vuitton goods. Los Angeles prosecutors separately allege she used dating apps and "sugar daddy" sites to build relationships and gain access to victims' homes; she has pleaded not guilty to six felony counts.
Influencer Adva Lavie Arrested After Allegedly Removing Court-Ordered Ankle Monitor

Adva Lavie, 28 — an influencer who also uses the name Mia Ventura — was taken back into custody Tuesday in Beverly Hills after prosecutors say she removed a court-ordered electronic ankle monitor while released pending trial on burglary charges.
Details of the Arrest
Los Angeles prosecutors say Lavie violated the terms of her release by allegedly cutting off or otherwise removing the ankle monitor she had been ordered to wear. A judge revoked her release, ordered her held without bail and scheduled a bail review hearing for Friday in Van Nuys. Court records also show she was arrested on an outstanding Riverside County warrant tied to a separate grand-theft case.
Riverside County Grand Theft Allegation
Riverside County prosecutors charged Lavie in April with felony grand theft, accusing her of stealing more than $11,000 in luxury items during the 2025 Coachella Music Festival. Authorities say the alleged stolen items included an approximately $8,600 Rolex watch, Louis Vuitton Aviator sunglasses valued at about $700 and a Louis Vuitton cardholder worth roughly $1,800.
Investigators say a man who attended Coachella with Lavie invited her to stay at an Airbnb in Indio. After an argument, she allegedly took the items from his unlocked Tesla Cybertruck before leaving the property. Surveillance footage at the rental reportedly captured the theft and helped detectives identify Lavie; investigators also linked her to another theft reported at the same rental.
Separate Los Angeles Burglary Case
Nearly four months earlier, Los Angeles County prosecutors announced a separate case accusing Lavie of orchestrating a burglary spree by using dating apps and "sugar daddy" websites. Prosecutors allege she cultivated relationships with wealthy older men and younger women, then posed as a girlfriend or travel companion to gain access to victims' homes. Once inside, authorities say, she stole cash, gold, credit cards and luxury designer items from properties in Westlake Village, West Hollywood, Los Angeles and Beverly Hills.
Lavie has pleaded not guilty to six felony counts in the Los Angeles case, including two counts of grand theft, two counts of first-degree residential burglary and two counts of unauthorized use of personal identifying information. She had been released earlier on electronic monitoring before the most recent arrest.
"At her trial, we will prove beyond a reasonable doubt that this defendant exploited trust built through online relationships to gain access to victims' homes and steal from them," Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan Hochman said, adding that her ability to deceptively influence others "whether in person or online, has now come to an end."
Other Notes
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department issued a public bulletin naming Lavie as a suspect in the dating-app burglary investigation and published photos of luxury vehicles investigators said she drove, including a white Mercedes‑Benz coupe and a black Porsche SUV. Media reports have also linked Lavie romantically to billionaire entrepreneur Stephen Cloobeck, who was arrested on separate felony charges alleging he attempted to dissuade witnesses from testifying in her case.
If convicted on all six felony counts in Los Angeles County, Lavie faces a maximum possible state prison term of up to 11 years and eight months. All allegations remain unproven; Lavie is entitled to a presumption of innocence until proven guilty in court.
