Oregon authorities are urgently seeking the public's help to locate two young siblings who have been missing since July 23. The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) says the children may be in danger and could be in Bend or nearby Redmond, about 17 miles north.

No descriptions of the clothing the children were wearing when last seen have been released.
"Sometimes when a child is missing, they may be in significant danger and ODHS may need to locate them to assess and support their safety," the agency said in a statement.
ODHS emphasized that media alerts are sometimes issued to help locate missing children and that repeat disappearances can lead to multiple alerts for the same child. Investigators have not released further details about the circumstances of Julian and Mahina's disappearance but are urging anyone with information to report it immediately.
