A 32-year-old man has been formally charged with three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder after three members of his family were found dead at a home in Rosemeadow, in Sydney's south‑west, in the early hours of May 3.
New South Wales Police said emergency crews responded at about 1:30 a.m. after reports that a man had allegedly attacked several family members at the residence. Officers discovered the bodies of a 65-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man. Two other males — aged 64 and 30 — were found injured; the 64-year-old was taken to hospital with serious head injuries and later died.
Local reporting identified the deceased as husband and wife Zhou Chao Feng (64) and Ruvena Lam (65), and their son Justin Feng (25). The 30-year-old brother survived the incident and called emergency services during the attack.

Police say a silver sedan arrived at the scene about an hour later and officers arrested the 32-year-old driver, identified in local reports as Jacky Feng, at the property. He has been charged with three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder and was refused bail. He was due to appear in court on May 4.
What Officers Found
"We were confronted with a very grisly crime scene," Campbelltown City Police Area Command Superintendent Grant Healey told reporters. "Officers first encountered a 65-year-old woman and started administering first aid. They then located a 64-year-old male with serious blunt‑force head injuries and later found a 25‑year‑old male deceased in a granny flat at the rear of the premises."
Superintendent Healey said investigators believe more than one kind of weapon may have been used in the attack and that evidence suggests a bladed weapon was among them. He added that the family had no prior profile with police for domestic‑violence incidents.
Investigation Underway
The Campbelltown City Police Area Command is leading the inquiry with assistance from the State Crime Command’s Homicide Squad. NSW Ambulance attended the scene and treated the injured. Police continue to examine the property for evidence and have asked anyone with information to come forward.
