Temple University campus authorities and Philadelphia police are asking for the public's help after a group of teenagers allegedly chased a student into the lobby of Morgan Hall South and attacked them in the early hours of Sunday.
According to the Temple University Police Department, the incident took place at approximately 2:50 a.m. when a group of juveniles pursued the student into the residence hall lobby. Once inside, the suspects allegedly struck the student and caused damage to university property. The student sustained minor injuries and declined medical treatment at the scene.

Surveillance Images Publicly Released
Campus officials have released surveillance images showing about nine individuals walking on a sidewalk near the residence hall. Some appear to be wearing hooded sweatshirts and facial coverings, while others' faces are visible in the footage. Authorities have not disclosed what led up to the alleged attack, and no arrests have been announced.
It puts the threat actually into perspective because, especially knowing as a college student, your main priority is education, not really safety, but this happening is a little bit more in the forefront, freshman Emanuel Turner told ABC 6.
The Philadelphia Police Department and the School District of Philadelphia are assisting Temple University Police in identifying the people shown in the images. Temple University, which enrolls roughly 30,000 students, did not immediately respond to requests for comment. Morgan Hall houses about 1,200 residents.
