Vance Tells Nick Fuentes and Jen Psaki to ‘Eat S---’ After Attacks on Second Lady, Condemns Bigotry

Vice President Vance publicly rebuked Nick Fuentes and Jen Psaki for derogatory comments about his wife, saying they can “eat s---” in an interview with UnHerd. Fuentes has used racial slurs against second lady Usha Vance, and Psaki previously joked about “saving” her on air. Vance condemned antisemitism and ethnic hatred and urged unity amid factional disputes over Fuentes at Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest.

Vice President Vance forcefully defended his wife, second lady Usha Vance, saying that commentators who attack her “can eat s---,” in an interview with the British outlet UnHerd published Monday.

Vance’s rebuke targeted both white nationalist Nick Fuentes — who has used racial slurs against Usha Vance and labeled the vice president a “race traitor” for marrying an Indian American woman — and former White House press secretary Jen Psaki, who joked on her MS NOW show about “saving” Usha Vance from her husband.

“Anyone who attacks my wife, whether their name is Jen Psaki or Nick Fuentes, can eat s---. That’s my official policy as vice president of the United States,” Vance told UnHerd.

Vance also addressed wider tensions within the conservative movement, condemning antisemitism and all forms of ethnic hatred as unacceptable.

“Antisemitism, and all forms of ethnic hatred,” he said, “have no place in the conservative movement. Whether you’re attacking somebody because they’re white or because they’re black or because they’re Jewish, I think it’s disgusting.”

The comments come amid a public split in the MAGA-aligned media ecosystem over Fuentes. At Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest in Phoenix, conservative voices debated whether Fuentes should be given a platform.

Commentator Ben Shapiro renewed his criticism of Tucker Carlson for featuring Fuentes, calling that decision “an act of moral imbecility.” Carlson, speaking at the conference, dismissed the pushback as attempts at “denouncing and deplatforming.”

Addressing attendees, Vance sought to steer toward unity while rejecting ideological litmus tests.

“When I say that I’m going to fight alongside of you, I mean all of you — each and every one,” he said. “President Trump did not build the greatest coalition in politics by running his supporters through endless, self-defeating purity tests.”

The exchange highlights growing tensions in conservative circles over rhetoric, platforming, and the boundaries of acceptable discourse within the movement.
