Alleacya Boulia, 26, of St. Louis, has been missing since mid-November after traveling to Port Angeles to visit Olympic National Park. Her rental 2025 black Ford Bronco Sport was found Nov. 30 at the Sol Duc Trailhead parking area, prompting searches that recovered camping gear and three sandwiches. On Dec. 17 the NPS shifted to a clue‑responsive, limited continuous search phase; the investigation remains active. Authorities ask anyone with information to contact the NPS tip line.
St. Louis Woman Missing After Rental Car Found Near Olympic National Park; Search Moves to Clue‑Driven Phase

A 26-year-old St. Louis woman, Alleacya Boulia, has been missing since mid-November after traveling to Port Angeles, Washington, to visit Olympic National Park. Her family and federal authorities continue to search after her rental vehicle was discovered in the park at the end of November.
Timeline and Search Efforts
Alleacya flew from St. Louis' Lambert International Airport to Port Angeles on Nov. 6. According to the National Park Service (NPS) and family members, she was last seen shopping in Port Angeles on Nov. 17 and sent a photo and text on Nov. 18 reassuring her family that she was safe.
Concern grew when family members stopped hearing from her; she was reported missing on Nov. 27. Authorities located her rental vehicle — described as a 2025 black Ford Bronco Sport — on Nov. 30 in a parking area near the Sol Duc Trailhead inside Olympic National Park. A search began that same day.
Local search-and-rescue teams have patrolled the Sol Duc area by foot, with dogs, and using drones. A technical team also searched the river corridor. High winds disrupted operations for several days, officials said.
Evidence Recovered
Officers recovered Alleacya's camping equipment and three Subway sandwiches she had purchased at a Washington-area Walmart. Family members also reported that police found a maintenance worker's checklist and some pool-related equipment at or near the scene — items the family described as unusual. Park officials told the family the maintenance worker was interviewed but was not being labeled a suspect.
Investigation Status
On Dec. 17, the NPS said the search would move to a "clue-responsive, limited continuous phase," meaning teams will return to the field in response to new clues or developments rather than maintain continuous large-scale operations. The agency emphasized that the investigation remains active and ongoing.
"I just have this knot in my stomach. I have this gut feeling that something was seriously wrong," Alleacya's mother, April Boulia, told KSDK, expressing the family's urgent desire to find her.
How To Help
Alleacya is described as 5'7" tall, about 135 pounds, with dark curly hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on her left arm. Anyone with information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the NPS Investigative Services Branch Tip Line at 888-653-0009, submit tips at www.nps.gov/ISB, or email nps_isb@nps.gov.
The family and investigators continue to appeal for public assistance as the search and investigation proceed.
