SpaceX Starlink Launch Sets Florida Record — Cape Canaveral Records 94th Rocket Liftoff of 2025

A cold Monday night on the Space Coast ended with a deep rumble as a SpaceX Falcon 9 climbed away from Cape Canaveral, marking Florida's 94th rocket launch of 2025.

The Nov. 10 mission carried 29 Starlink internet satellites and was designated Starlink 6-87. It was the 62nd Starlink flight to lift off from Florida this year, bringing the year-to-date total launched from the Space Coast to 1,579 Starlink spacecraft.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 remains the dominant vehicle at Florida launch sites, accounting for 89 of the 94 liftoffs so far in 2025. Only five launches this year have used non-Falcon 9 vehicles, though United Launch Alliance and Blue Origin expect to add more flights in the coming days.
