The lone holdout juror in the trial of Lindsay Clancy has spoken publicly after the jury failed to reach a verdict and the judge declared a mistrial.
Juror Michael Desronvil issued a written statement saying he "didn't have any doubts" that Clancy was criminally responsible for the deaths of her three children. He said that "based on all the physical evidence, key witnesses, and what the prosecution presented," he believed there was sufficient proof that Clancy "knew exactly what she was doing and planned" her actions.

Trial Status and Next Steps
The jury reported being deadlocked three separate times before the court declared a mistrial. Court calendars show the case is scheduled for further proceedings on Sept. 29.
