Military-linked Telegram channels reported that up to six repurposed Zircon anti-ship missiles were launched at Kyiv. A dpa reporter in the city said they heard several large explosions.

Mayor Vitali Klitschko wrote on Telegram that office buildings, a warehouse and a residential block were among the sites damaged. He said at least 11 people were injured. Media reports also indicated that water supplies were disrupted in some districts on the eastern bank of the Dnipro River.
