The witness says she had called law enforcement and was directed by officers to pull over to give a statement.
What the Witness Says
In a third video posted on July 27, the TikTok user said she witnessed the entire episode and believes the trailer began tearing after its upper section struck the underside of a bridge. She also says the damaged trailer hit and dragged a tree that nearly struck her vehicle — which is why she started recording and reported the hazard to police.
