Haley Beck, a former teacher at Centennial High School and sister of social media personality Noah Beck, was terminated after a Peoria Unified School District investigation concluded she allegedly groomed and engaged in an illicit sexual relationship with a former student.
Investigation Details
The district says its internal review identified more than 4,000 text messages exchanged between Haley Beck and the student from June 21 to Aug. 2, 2025, and relied on a 194-page report produced by the Peoria Police Department. According to the district's statement of charges, the investigation alleges that Haley offered the student oral sex, offered to buy him tequila and sent him $630 via Apple Pay. A July 29, 2025 message accompanying the transfer is reported to have read that 'this money exchange just felt like straight prostitution.'
Officials also allege the texts discussed arranging sexual encounters, consuming alcohol and using cannabis, and that the student filmed Haley performing oral sex and showed the recording to other students. The district further alleges Haley saved the student’s contact on Snapchat as 'sneaky link,' a slang term implying an illicit relationship.
Criminal Review And School Action
The Peoria Police Department initially recommended a single pandering charge, later returned the recommendation for further investigation, and then resubmitted it to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. A spokesperson for the county attorney confirmed the matter is still under review and no formal charges have yet been filed.

Haley Beck's attorney told The Arizona Republic, 'Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence.'
Peoria Unified Superintendent K.C. Somers issued a statement saying the district has acted and will continue to act 'on the basis of facts, law and the responsibilities entrusted to us by this community.' The district placed Haley on leave during the investigation and later terminated her employment.

Separately, Noah Beck’s mother, Amy Beck — a teacher at Coyote Hills Elementary School in the same district — was placed on administrative leave after an old video resurfaced that appears to show her miming a sexual act with her son. The clip, reportedly posted by Noah in April 2020 and recently recirculated online, showed Amy and Noah lip-syncing to a song with explicit lyrics. A substitute is covering her class while the district investigates; officials said the step was taken 'out of an abundance of caution' and that the matter does not affect student safety.
