DNA Confirms Identity of Skeletal Remains Found in Winchester Creek

The Frederick County Sheriff's Office confirmed that skeletal remains found in a Winchester creek have been identified through DNA testing. The Virginia Department of Forensic Science determined the remains are those of 30-year-old Joseph Tyler Duvall.
