Bentley University Professor Missing on Peaks Island — Multi‑Agency Search Underway

Bentley University professor Wiley Davi, 57, has been missing from Peaks Island in Casco Bay since Saturday, Nov. 15, 2025, officials say. Davi, who lives on the island just off Portland, Maine, was last known to be on Peaks Island that day.

The Maine Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife and the Maine Warden Service said they are coordinating a multi‑agency search that includes ground teams and marine units. Searchers are concentrating efforts on the island’s trails and wooded areas while the Maine Marine Patrol scans the surrounding waters.
