Donald Trump posted a wave of AI-generated and recycled images on Truth Social, including one of him kissing a golden statue of Jesus and another appearing to escort a handcuffed alien. He also repeated claims that the U.S. is "winning" an Iran conflict and reiterated a plan for "operational control" of Greenland before a potential second term ends. Other posts included composites linking him to George Washington, an image with his son Barron, and a jab at Bruce Springsteen. Mediaite first reported the posting spree.
Trump Floods Truth Social With Bizarre AI Images — Kissing a Jesus Statue, ‘Arresting’ Aliens and Renewing Greenland Claim

Former President Donald Trump launched a string of posts on Truth Social on Saturday, sharing a series of AI-generated and recycled images that ranged from him appearing to kiss a golden statue of Jesus to walking beside a handcuffed extraterrestrial.
Alongside those images, Trump used the platform to repeat several political talking points: he insisted the United States is "winning" what he called the Iran war, criticized Jeannine Pirro after the U.S. Attorney's Office in Washington, D.C., dropped criminal charges against an Olympian accused of vandalizing the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool, and reiterated a long-standing interest in Greenland.
Images and Memes
Several of the posts were clearly AI-generated or heavily edited. One image showed Trump kissing a golden statue of Jesus; another recycled or edited photo showed him walking with officials next to an alleged handcuffed alien. He also posted an AI composite blending his face with that of President George Washington and another placing him in a Revolutionary War scene.
On Greenland: Trump said it would be "a good bet" the United States would have "operational control" of Greenland before the end of a second term. "Yeah, you'll be right if you took that. Yeah, you'll be right. No, we want to do something very important. Greenland's important, you know, from our standpoint, not from their standpoint, but from our standpoint. You should make that bet actually," he said.
Family, Critics and Context
He also shared an AI image of himself with his son, Barron, suggesting Barron is a more youthful version of him and posting a separate claim that he "ages in reverse." The spree concluded with a swipe at musician Bruce Springsteen, a frequent critic of the former president.
Mediaite was the first outlet to report the collection of posts. The appearance of AI-generated imagery underscores ongoing concerns about how deepfakes and synthetic media can be used in political messaging and online personalities' feeds.
