Mason Haynes, 52, a veteran celebrity bodyguard who protected figures such as the Kardashians and Lewis Hamilton, has reportedly died after a motorcycle crash. He founded the international personal-safety initiative Bodyguards Against Bullying and served as a founding partner of custom bike firm Public Enemy Customs. Hampshire Police appealed for witnesses to a July 4 collision on the A287 near Crondall that involved two motorcycles, a BMW X3 and an LDV Maxus; media reports linked that incident to Haynes but noted police had not explicitly named him in the statements cited.

Mason Haynes, a longtime celebrity bodyguard who protected high-profile clients including members of the Kardashian family and Formula One champion Lewis Hamilton, has died at the age of 52 following a motorcycle crash, media outlets report.

According to a Daily Mail report, Haynes died after a collision involving motorcycles on July 4. The Daily Mail noted it had not obtained or linked to an official police statement explicitly naming Haynes or providing full details of the crash.

Career and Advocacy

Haynes began his security career in pub and club work before moving into close protection. In an interview with Silver Swan Recruitment he was described as a 22-year security veteran whose assignments took him to roughly 115 countries, including 22 across Africa. On a later podcast appearance he listed a number of high-profile people he had protected, including the Kardashians, Kanye West, Kevin Hart, Charlie Puth and Lewis Hamilton.

Drawing on his experience, Haynes founded Bodyguards Against Bullying, an international personal-safety initiative aimed at opposing bullying, abuse, harassment and persecution. Celebrity bodyguard Adriano "Bubba" Almony, who served as the organization’s U.S. chairman, repeatedly credited Haynes with creating the group. A 2020 Los Angeles Tribune profile described its members as security professionals united to protect people who were being intimidated or targeted.

Motorcycles and Business Ventures

Outside of personal protection, Haynes was active in custom motorcycle design and manufacturing. He was identified as a founding partner and managing director of Public Enemy Customs, a company established in 2016 that built highly modified motorcycles. Photographs and company materials showed him working on custom Harley-Davidson projects and other one-off builds.

Police Appeal and Collision Details

Hampshire Police appealed for witnesses after a fatal four-vehicle collision on the A287 Farnham Road near Crondall on Saturday, July 4. The force said the crash involved two Harley-Davidson motorcycles, a BMW X3 and an LDV Maxus motorhome, and that one motorcyclist — described as a man in his 50s from Thames Ditton, Surrey — died at the scene. News reports have linked that incident to Haynes, but the police statement did not publicly name him in the material cited by those outlets.

Extended interviews with Haynes about celebrity protection remain available through Silver Swan Recruitment and the Hustle Like U Broke podcast, where he discussed an international career that began in venue security.
