Authorities say 29-year-old Angelina Minor, who pleaded guilty to manslaughter after a March 2024 drunk-driving crash that killed her 4-year-old son, is now missing and has an arrest warrant for violating supervised release. Police allege she fled an initial minor collision, drove into oncoming traffic and struck a Tesla head-on; Kingston R. Coston died after bystanders attempted CPR. Court documents show her blood-alcohol level exceeded four times the legal limit, and sentencing was delayed because she was pregnant. The Multnomah County DA’s Office is asking the public for help locating her.
Mother Who Pleaded Guilty in Drunk-Driving Death of 4-Year-Old Now Missing, Authorities Say

An Oregon mother who pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the March 2024 death of her 4-year-old son is now listed as a fugitive, prosecutors said. The Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced on Dec. 31 that a warrant was issued after Angelina Minor, 29, allegedly violated the terms of her supervised release. Her last known address was in North Portland.
Crash Details and Immediate Aftermath
Portland police say the sequence began with a minor collision between the Hyundai Elantra Minor was driving and a 2024 Scion xB. After that initial impact Minor allegedly fled the scene, crossed a median into oncoming traffic and continued driving the wrong way before colliding head-on with a Tesla Model S. Bystanders performed CPR on the child, Kingston R. Coston, who was described as "severely injured" and was later pronounced dead.
Minor, her 3-year-old daughter, an adult male passenger and that passenger’s 4-year-old daughter were treated for non-life-threatening injuries. The first driver involved in the initial minor crash was uninjured; the Tesla driver sustained injuries but declined ambulance transport.
Legal Status and Investigation
Minor has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and related charges. Court records show sentencing had been scheduled for January but was postponed to early 2026 because Minor was pregnant at the time; public records do not make clear whether she has since given birth. Court documents indicate her blood alcohol concentration at the time of the crash exceeded four times Oregon’s legal limit.
The Multnomah County DA’s Office is asking the public to help locate Minor. Anyone with information is urged to contact local law enforcement.
Family Response
Family members established a GoFundMe to help cover funeral costs. The fundraiser remembers Kingston as a boy who loved Spider-Man, riding his bike and spending time with cousins and family, including his little sister Ra'Nya.
