Seven employees at the M&M Mars plant in Cleveland, Tennessee, were evaluated after a chlorine gas exposure shortly after 9 a.m.; six were taken to nearby hospitals and one was treated and released on site. Officials say the leak was confined to a single area and monitoring cleared the atmosphere, with no danger to the public. Mars Wrigley confirmed there was no impact to products and praised the rapid, coordinated response with first responders. Authorities continue to investigate.
