He allegedly shouted, 'Who do you think you are talking to?' and later said, 'I have been doing this s—t since before you were born,' before threatening to punch the officer in the 'f—ing face.'
August 2024 incidents: One entry describes Davis becoming upset over his scheduled free time when he sought to make a call related to bail; he allegedly repeatedly called two officers a 'piece of s***' and implored them to 'have a heart.' In a separate August episode, staff removed an unauthorized second mattress from his cell, prompting Davis to scream, 'This is some bulls***!' and resist. That confrontation reportedly ended with Davis handcuffed and one officer sustaining a scratch to the knuckle.
