Tense scenes unfolded outside Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes as MAGA supporters and anti-Trump demonstrators clashed ahead of President Trump’s visit. A woman wearing a "Deport Melania" hat urged her young son to flip off supporters and shouted graphic sexual-assault accusations that were audible to children. Motorcyclists also revved engines and produced thick smoke that blew toward the crowd. Authorities separately arrested a suspect earlier in the week after finding weapons and body armor, but said there was no credible threat tied to the visit.
Mother Urges Son To Flip Off MAGA Supporters, Shouts Graphic Accusations Ahead Of Trump’s LA Visit

Tense confrontations erupted Tuesday outside Trump National Golf Club in Rancho Palos Verdes as supporters wearing MAGA gear gathered before President Donald Trump’s arrival for an evening RNC roundtable.
Across the street, anti-Trump demonstrators — some accompanied by children — shouted profanities and directed obscene insults at the crowd. Several young protesters wore white caps reading Deport Melania and repeatedly hurled verbal abuse at the group of supporters waiting outside the club.
At one point, a woman wearing a matching Deport Melania hat crossed the street holding her young son’s hand and shouted a series of graphic accusations that were audible to children nearby. Witnesses said she urged the boy to give Trump supporters the middle finger and loudly accused the president of sexual assault.
She shouted that "Donald Trump raped a woman," and later said, "My kids know that Donald Trump rapes women." According to witnesses, she then pointed toward a young girl in MAGA clothing and shouted, "Donald Trump rapes kids."
The exchange drew audible reactions on both sides and was accompanied by other disruptive behavior from some demonstrators. Protesters on motorcycles repeatedly revved their engines, producing thick clouds of smoke that blew toward the group of Trump supporters assembled outside the club.
Photographs from the scene showed supporters in MAGA hats and several heated exchanges along both sides of the street. Local officials said the situation did not escalate into widespread violence at the site.
The incidents followed an unrelated arrest announced by authorities earlier in the week. Police said 38-year-old Jeanine John Taele was arrested at the Trump National Golf Course on Sunday after officers located a loaded pistol and a 16-round magazine loaded with hollow-point ammunition. Investigators later reported recovering an illegally modified AR-platform rifle, a 1911 .45-caliber pistol, body armor and additional ammunition during a search of the suspect’s residence.
Law enforcement officials emphasized there was no credible threat tied to the president’s visit. Still, the arrest underscores heightened security concerns surrounding senior officials after multiple disrupted plots and security incidents in recent years.
