The Trump Organization, managed by Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr., has listed more than a dozen international hotel, residential and golf developments as "coming soon," expanding the global portfolio that carries the family name of the U.S. president.
These announced projects span the Middle East, Asia and Europe and include beachfront resorts, city-center towers, gated residential communities and several 18-hole golf courses. While critics have raised conflict-of-interest concerns about the president's family retaining business interests abroad, President Donald Trump has repeatedly said he is not involved in day-to-day operations.
"I don't do anything having to do with my business. My kids run it," President Trump told CNBC in July when asked about accusations that he is using the presidency to benefit his family.

Oman
Trump International Oman is scheduled to open in December 2028. The $500 million resort is planned to include a 140-room hotel, furnished villas, serviced apartments, private beach access and an 18-hole golf course, according to the Trump Organization.
United Arab Emirates
Trump International Hotel and Tower, Dubai, announced in April 2025 in partnership with DarGlobal, is planned near downtown Dubai and will include hotel accommodations and residences with views of the Burj Khalifa and the sea.
India
Trump Residences Gurgaon is proposed as twin 51-story towers with approximately 298 luxury homes, an all-glass façade, floor-to-ceiling windows, private elevators and double-height living spaces in select units.
Trump World Center Pune, announced in March 2025, is billed as the brand's first commercial development in India. Planned on a 4.3-acre site, it would include two glass towers totaling more than 1.6 million square feet, with each tower containing over 27 floors of offices.
Southeast Asia
Bali: The Trump Organization's Bali project is described as a hotel-and-golf development featuring an 18-hole golf course, an infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean, luxury villas, mansions and high-end resort condominiums. Earlier developer plans referenced 144 residences and 150 hotel suites within a broader 102-hectare property.
Trump International Vietnam broke ground in May 2025. Located in Hung Yen province about 45 minutes from Hanoi, this is the brand's first golf and residential development in Vietnam.
Saudi Arabia
Trump Tower Jeddah is planned as a 47-floor residential building overlooking the Red Sea. DarGlobal says the tower will offer one- to four-bedroom apartments and penthouses ranging from about 70 to 365 square meters, with an expected completion date of December 2029.

Trump International, Wadi Safar is a large gated community planned near Riyadh on a 2.6-million-square-meter site. Developers say it will combine a Trump hotel, premium homes and a championship golf course with residences overlooking the course and surrounding valleys.
Qatar
Trump International Golf Club, Doha was announced in April 2025 as part of the 8-million-square-meter Simaisma coastal development about 40 kilometers north of Doha. DarGlobal says the project will include an 18-hole golf course, a clubhouse and branded villas with direct beach access.
Europe and the Caucasus
Trump Tower Bucharest was announced in July 2025 as the brand's first Romanian project, featuring luxury residential apartments and amenities.
Trump Tower Tbilisi is planned beside Tbilisi's Central Park. The residential tower is expected to rise 62 stories to roughly 280 meters (about 919 feet), which would make it the tallest building in Georgia if completed as announced.
Maldives
Trump International Hotel Maldives, unveiled in November 2025, is slated to include about 80 "ultra-luxury" beach and overwater villas and is targeted to open by the end of 2028.
South Korea
Trump International Golf Club, Korea was announced in August as the brand's first golf project in the greater Seoul metropolitan area. The news release did not disclose the course size or an expected opening date.
Hyderabad, India
Trump Towers Hyderabad is marketed as twin 65-story residential towers rising roughly 800 feet and containing more than 450 homes. Plans include a suspended sky bridge connecting the towers at the 28th floor, above which will be a landscaped residents' club.
Developers have released renderings for several projects, including Trump International Oman and towers planned for Jeddah and Tbilisi. Many projects list multi-year completion targets through 2029. As with all announced developments, timelines and final specs are subject to change as projects advance from planning to construction.
