Convicted killer Chris Watts is reported to be in a relationship with realtor Lizzie Henderson, who allegedly moved from Ohio to Wisconsin to be closer to him at Dodge Correctional Institution. Family members say the couple has applied to marry through the prison system and that Henderson has started using the name "Lizzie Watts." Reports indicate she visited Watts frequently, including on Christmas Day 2024. Watts pleaded guilty in 2018 to the murders of his pregnant wife and two daughters and is serving multiple life sentences.

Convicted murderer Chris Watts is reportedly in a new romantic relationship while serving multiple life sentences, and relatives of his reported partner say the couple is preparing to marry through the prison system.

The Daily Mail reported that 41-year-old Watts is involved with 39-year-old realtor Lizzie Henderson. Family members say Henderson relocated from Ohio to Wisconsin to be closer to Watts' cell at Dodge Correctional Institution in Waupun and that she has begun using the name "Lizzie Watts." Sealed records were reported to show she has filed to legally change her name.

According to reports, photos show Henderson wearing a ring on her left hand, and prison visitation logs indicate she visited Watts roughly 20 times last year and spent Christmas Day with him in 2024. Henderson has confirmed the relationship to media and acknowledged that some people may find it "weird."

Henderson told the outlet: "How things began is between me, him and God." When asked about her feelings regarding Watts' crimes, she said: "How I feel about it? He knows. He knows how I feel."

The timing of the reports is notable: they surfaced nearly eight years after the August 13, 2018, murders of Watts' pregnant wife and their two daughters. Watts later admitted part of his motive involved a desire to be with a then-mistress, Nichol Kessinger.
