Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy will meet President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday while in Washington for Senator Lindsey Graham’s funeral. Zelenskyy says he has ordered Ukrainian intelligence to share evidence that Russia used satellite surveillance of Gulf allies and U.S. bases in ways tied to recent Iranian strikes. The White House has not confirmed receipt of the intelligence, and President Trump said he trusts that President Xi and President Putin denied providing major support to Iran.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled to meet President Donald Trump at the White House on Tuesday, a White House official confirmed to ABC News. Zelenskyy will be in Washington, D.C., next week to attend the funeral of Senator Lindsey Graham, who visited Ukraine days before his death two weeks ago.

The planned meeting comes as Zelenskyy said on social media that he has ordered Ukraine’s intelligence services to share evidence suggesting Russia used satellite surveillance of Arab Gulf states and U.S. military facilities in the region in ways that correlate with recent Iranian strikes.

In an English-language post on X, Zelenskyy said Ukrainian analysts had, since early July, recorded Russian satellite imagery of Gulf allies and U.S. bases. He alleged that “there is a clear correlation between Russia’s satellite imagery of these sites and Iranian strikes,” asserting that such imagery appeared before attacks (during preparation), and after strikes (to assess damage).

The White House did not immediately respond to questions about Ukraine’s specific allegations or confirm whether it has received the intelligence cited by Zelenskyy. U.S. officials have not publicly verified the Ukrainian claims.

“Well, I don’t know that they’re enabling. I mean, I will tell you that President Xi said he will not partake. And President Putin said the same thing,” President Trump told reporters in the Oval Office on Friday when asked whether China and Russia were aiding Iran.

Ukraine has not released full intelligence publicly. The upcoming White House meeting will be watched for any announcements about intelligence sharing, support for Ukraine, or coordination on regional security in the Gulf.

What To Watch

  • Any public statement or readout from the White House after the meeting.
  • Whether Ukraine provides the alleged satellite intelligence to U.S. officials or allies.
  • Reactions from Russia, Iran, and Gulf states if the intelligence is made public.
