On May 28, President Volodymyr Zelenskiy submitted a draft law to ratify a loan agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, a parliament website posting shows.

The draft sets out a framework to attract up to €90 billion in financing, which the explanatory note converts to roughly $104 billion using an exchange rate of $1 = 0.8619 euros.
