At least four people were injured after a drone believed to belong to Hezbollah struck a structure in Moshav Beit Hillel, east of Kiryat Shmona. The impact took place inside a military zone and the IDF is investigating, though it has not yet commented officially. A separate crash in the Tel Dan nature reserve started a wildfire that firefighters and the Israel Nature and Parks Authority contained. Emergency teams continue to secure the sites and probe the incidents.

A drone believed to belong to Hezbollah struck a structure in Moshav Beit Hillel, east of Kiryat Shmona, on Sunday afternoon, the Israel Fire and Rescue Authority said. Israeli media reported that at least four people were wounded; authorities have not released details about their conditions.

What Happened

The impact occurred inside a military zone, and Army Radio reported that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) are investigating the incident. The IDF has not yet issued an official statement.

Separate Crash and Fire

Officials also reported a second crash in the Tel Dan nature reserve, which ignited a wildfire. Fire crews, together with teams from the Israel Nature and Parks Authority, responded to the scene and worked to contain the blaze.

"We acted with determination and, by quickly combining forces with the Israel Nature and Parks Authority and the firefighters, we managed to stop the fire front and gain control of the fire before it spread deeper into the reserve," said Lahav Amal Tahish, the commander overseeing the response in the Dan Reserve.

Response and Ongoing Investigations

Firefighters and nature-authority teams coordinated to secure both crash sites while military authorities continue to probe the origins and circumstances of the drone impacts. Emergency crews remained at the scene to extinguish hotspots and ensure public safety.
